Fourth Growth. Quatrieme Grand Cru Classe in 1855. Indicative blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
This Saint-Julien wine has received good scores from various critics: the 2010 vintage was given a score of 95 by The Wine Advocate and the 2014 vintage was given a score of 92 by Wine Spectator.
Ranked among the top 10 wines from this region with respect to number of prizes won: This wine has won the Guide Hachette des Vins 2 Stars award for the 2012 vintage and the 2011 vintage.
Among the highest-priced wines from Saint-Julien. The price has been stable over the past year.
